Your Lista Personal Space order will be handled and delivered with the utmost care. Our products are positioned on wooden pallets, protected with corrugated cardboard corners, and shrink-wrapped in place.
We will send your order via moving van line to afford you the extra protection and ease of handling that van line delivery provides. The products can be delivered in one of two ways:
- On-site ground-level delivery – your packaged shipment is delivered to a ground-level inside location
- White Glove delivery – your shipment is delivered to the appropriate room of your house or location, the product is unpacked and moved into your chosen spot, and all packaging is removed. This additional service adds $50 per item to your delivery charge ($200 per Value Edition).
To select the type of delivery you'd prefer, make your choice when checking out of the e-store.
A representative of the van line will call you to help you schedule a delivery time when you can meet the moving van. You must be present when the delivery is made. They will call the phone number you provided when you set up your e-store account, or any different number (such as a cell phone) that you indicate in the Special Instructions when you check out during your purchase.
Smaller orders, such as additional drawer accessories, will be shipped via UPS Ground.
