1. Are Lista Personal Space products available in stores?

   No, they are only available through the Lista Personal Space website.

2. If you can't buy these products in the store, why do I have to pay sales tax in my state?

   Lista has sales offices in the following states, which necessitates charging sales tax for residents of those states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA

3. How do Lista Personal Space products compare with Lista's commercial products?

   They're identical. The products we sell to consumers and small businesses through our Lista Personal Space website are the very same heavy-duty, versatile solutions we offer to our many customers in industry, racing, hospitals, auto dealerships and more.

4. How are the products shipped and delivered to my home?

   We will send your Lista Personal Space order via van line, on shrink-wrapped wooden pallets. The products will be delivered in one of two ways:
   

   • On-site delivery - your packaged shipment is delivered to a ground-level inside location.
   • White Glove delivery - your shipment is delivered to the appropriate room of your house or location, the product is unpacked and moved into your chosen spot, and all packaging is removed. This type of delivery incurs an additional $50 charge per item ordered.

   To select the type of delivery you'd prefer, make your choice when checking out of the e-store.

5. How will I know when my Lista Personal Space products will be delivered?

   A representative of the van line will call you to help you schedule a delivery time when you can meet the moving van. You must be present when the delivery is made.

6. I saw some Lista products I'd like to order on your other website (either www.listaxpress.com or www.listaintl.com). Can I get these products delivered to my home?

   Yes, absolutely. Call our Customer Service Department at 888-273-6930 to make the arrangements.

7. How much weight will your cabinets hold?

   Each drawer in our Lista Personal Space products can hold up to 165 lbs. of evenly distributed weight. Depending on which cabinet or workbench you order, that could mean as much as 1,300 lbs. of your items could be stored in one cabinet!

8. Are other paint colors available?

   Lista Personal Space products whose part number begins with the letters "XP" are already built and painted for the fastest delivery. These products are only available in Blade Silver. Our other Lista Personal Space products can be ordered in your choice of Blade Silver, Red, Black and Light Gray (these items ship in approx. 4-5 weeks plus delivery time). For other color choices, please contact our Customer Service Department at 888-273-6930.

9. Some of the photos on this website show your products with a two-tone paint job (black cabinets with silver drawers and doors), or in colors other than Blade Silver, Black, Red and Light Gray. I don't see a way to order this on your e-store.

10. Your Value Edition packages are only shown as available in Blade Silver. Can I get them in other colors? Will this cost extra?

    To order a Value Edition in a paint color other than Blade Silver, please place your order directly with our Customer Service Department (888-273-6930). The price will be the same as shown for the in-stock Blade Silver products, but your order will be manufactured at our regular turn-around (approx. 4-5 weeks plus delivery time).

11. Your gallery pages show all sorts of products that I can't find in your Lista Personal Space e-store. How do I order these?

    Our Lista Personal Space e-store offers some of our most popular products for home use, but they are by no means the limit to what Lista offers. For products beyond what you find in our e-store, please call our Customer Service Department at 888-273-6930.

12. The floor in the area where I plan to put my Lista Personal Space products occasionally gets wet. Is this going to be a problem?

    Lista Personal Space products feature either mobile or wet clean bases, which raise the product above the surface of the floor. Both types of base can withstand occasional wet conditions.

13. The floor in the area where I plan to put my Lista Personal Space products is uneven. Is this going to be a problem?

    The wet clean base that comes with all stationary Lista Personal Space products includes leveling glides. This enables you to individually adjust the height of each leg by as much as 1.75".

14. Can I use Lista products outside?

    Lista's high quality powder coat finish is designed for indoor use. Our products should not be stored or used out of doors.

15. I'd like all of the locks on all the Lista Personal Space products I purchase to be operated by a single key. Is that possible?

    Sure, just make a note on the Shipping Options page when you check out. Under "Special Instructions", write "keyed-alike".

16. What if I lose a key?

    Call our Customer Service Department at 888-273-6930. You can also order replacement keys and locks directly online. Be sure you have your key number (which is written on a removable label on each of our keyed products at the time of delivery).

17. How do I get a copy of your labeling software?

    Our exclusive, free Lista Script labeling software enables you to design and print informational and attractive labels for your Lista drawers and drawer contents. It can be downloaded and installed on any PC running Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP or Vista. You must have purchased a Lista cabinet and have a package of label paper to be able to download this software.

18. I'd like to order more organizers for my drawer interiors.

    Just take a look at our Drawer Accessories page, and match the cabinet size (such as CL or HS), and the height of the drawers you want to subdivide.

19. Do you accept credit cards for payment?

    Yes, we accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

20. How heavy are the Lista Personal Space products? Can I install them by myself?

    Lista Personal Space products are high-grade, heavy-duty steel. The weight of each product is indicated at the top of each product page, and on your order receipt. You'll probably want to ask a friend to help you with the installation, especially if you need to stack cabinets.

21. I don't see exactly what I want on the Lista Personal Space site.

    You will need to attach the leg(s) and cabinet(s) to the worksurface, and attach any shelves you have purchased to the top of the worksurface. Worksurfaces come pre-drilled for easy attachment to supports. Assembly instructions are available in PDF format for download on this website.
